AIAWHV Common Ground Mentorship Program

A program created by the AIAWHV Architectural Foundation and Chapter Boards to support the local AEC community and allied industries by providing a forum to lean, give back, and share knowledge. Through our collective creativity we aim to create lasting relationships while also helping our local communities.With an endless possibility of creative collaboration projects, the real challenge may be picking one. 

This volunteer mentorship program has been designed with a framework to guide each group of Mentors and Mentees. The framework will enable participants to tailor their communication, interaction, and achievements based on the pair’s determined goals. A key component of this is a flexible schedule allowing those with limited time the ability to participate. As the Mentee, you will have the opportunity to lead the agreed-upon creative collaboration as well as seek advice and listen to guidance from your Mentor. The Mentor’s role will be to listen, advise, provide constructive feedback, and participate in the agreed-upon creative collaboration.
