Key Responsibilities:

SED Compliance: Act as a key point of contact for New York State Education Department (SED) matters. Prepare and submit all necessary documentation, including building permits, plans, and submittals for SED review and approval.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs. Prepare regular status updates for clients, the Project Manager, and other key stakeholders.
Financial Management: Support procurement by managing RFPs and evaluating bids. Track project expenditures and assist with change order management and logs.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues and risks that could impact project timelines or costs.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an Architecture/Engineering or Construction office is preferred.
Strong understanding of project coordination, documentation, and financial management.
Familiarity with monthly pay requisitions, RFPs, RFIs, submittal management, and SED processes and documentation.
Proficiency in general office operations.
