Position Details: Kite's Nest, a center for liberatory education in Hudson, NY, seeks an experienced Owner's Representative to guide the construction of our North Bay ReGeneration Project—a transformative 2-acre community campus featuring a new +/-8,000-square-foot education and youth leadership facility.
Working closely with Kite's Nest leadership, the selected consultant will oversee project coordination, value engineering, GMP finalization, permitting, construction administration, budget and schedule monitoring, contractor coordination, and project closeout. The Owner's Representative will serve as Kite's Nest's advocate throughout the construction process, ensuring the project remains aligned with our mission, budget, timeline, and community values.

Qualifications
